**REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY**
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning return and refund requests shall follow the clauses as set forth:
**RETURN REQUESTS**
Upon your purchase of products through the Company's Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on the Platform under any circumstances whatsoever. But in extraordinary cases, the Company reserves discretionary rights to approve return requests. If such a case arises, please contact "care@adfase.com."
**PROCESSING OF REFUND**
The Company shall not provide refunds to Students in general cases. The Company shall issue refunds to students in extraordinary cases. Refund will be initiated with in 7 to 15 days. The Company reserves discretionary rights to approve return requests. If such a case arises, please contact "care@adfase.com." The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.
**CANCELLATION**
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order once it has been placed. The Company, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):
i. If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction.
ii. If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction that does not comply with the Terms of Use.
iii. In case of unavailability of a service.
iv. For any reason beyond the control of the Company, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
v. If the Company chooses not to do business with the User.
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-compliant Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
